Effective December 5, 2016, projects for Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems will be processed for at the Development Services Department located at 1222 First Ave, San Diego, Ca 92101. Contractors that have gone through the Professional Certification program may make an appointment for permits (2 max per appointment).
Appointments will be limited to 30 minutes between the hours of 9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 10:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.Fridays, except certain holidays. The counter is closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (619) 446-5300.
